  • 200g Dates
  • 2 tbsp Golden Syrup

  • Serves: 8-12 balls

These simple and healthy Sticky Date Protein Balls are perfect for an easy snack on-the-go!

  1. Blend dates and golden syrup in a blender until smooth
  2. Add roughly crumbled Salted Caramel Protein Bakes and pulse until mixture comes together
  3. Roll into bite-sized balls using damp hands and refrigerate to firm
