Overnight Oat Jars


  • 1/2 Cup Carman's Rolled Australian Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Flaked almonds, walnuts, pepitas and/or flaked coconut
  • 1/3 Cup Yoghurt of choice
  • 2/3 Cup Milk of choice, or coconut water
  • To serve Mango (fresh or frozen), mashed/pureed

Our overnight oat jars are the perfect hassle-free, nutritious start to your day. Prep them the night before using our Rolled Australian Oats and rise and shine your way through a productive day back at work.


  1. For each portion you’re making add 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 2 tablespoons your choice mixed nuts, 1/3 cup yoghurt and 2/3 cup milk or coconut water to a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. . Half fill each of your jars/containers with your oat mixture, add a layer of your mango, then fill jars/container to the top with your remaining oats.
  3. Pop in the fridge over night and grab on your way out the door for a convenient, delicious and nutritious breakfast on the go!
