Fibre Rich Yoghurt Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups yoghurt of your choice
- 1 (or 2 tbsp) Banana or sweetener of your choice
- 1/4 cup blueberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup Carman’s Pink Lady & Blueberry 5 Grain & Seed Granola
Method
- Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Cooking time: 4 hours

- Line a tray with baking paper
- If sweetening yoghurt with banana, honey or maple syrup, combine these in a small bowl before spreading the yoghurt evenly over your tray
- Sprinkle with blueberries and strawberries then top with cinnamon & Carman’s 5 Grain & Seed Granola
- Place in freezer for 3-4 hours until firm
- Remove from freezer and cut or snap yoghurt into bark into pieces, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer
Tip
We suggest using a natural Greek yoghurt which you can naturally sweeten to your taste using a bit of honey or maple syrup, or you can use a flavoured yoghurt
