Raspberry Peanut Butter Baked Oats Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Carman's Omega 3 Australian Oats (or oats of your choice)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Milk of choice (add a splash more if the mixture is too thick)
- Handful Raspberries
- 1/2 tbsp. Peanut butter
Method
- Preparation time: 5 mins
- Cooking time: 30-35 mins
- Serves: 1
Baked oats are a quick and delicious dessert or indulgent breakfast option for once the weather starts to cool. You can swap in your favourite berries but we love raspberries the best!
- Combine all ingredients into small baking dish (except for the peanut butter – reserve for drizzling on top one the dish is removed from the oven)
- Bake at 180°c for 30-35 minutes (or until cooked)
- Drizzle with peanut butter and fresh raspberries (optional)
