Gut Loving Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 45g Carman’s Roasted Almond & Vanilla Gut Loving Granola
  • 1/2 cup kefir or Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 4 strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 apple, cut into matchsticks
  • 1/4 pear, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method

  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking time: 0 minutes
  • Serves: 1
  1. Combine kefir/Greek yoghurt with mashed banana.
  2.  Place into serving bowl and top with Carman’s Gut Loving Granola.
  3.  Arrange strawberries, apple and pear in bowl, and sprinkle with LSA and chia seeds.
