Gut Loving Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 45g Carman’s Roasted Almond & Vanilla Gut Loving Granola
- 1/2 cup kefir or Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 apple, cut into matchsticks
- 1/4 pear, cut into matchsticks
- 1 tbsp LSA
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Method
- Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Cooking time: 0 minutes
- Serves: 1
- Combine kefir/Greek yoghurt with mashed banana.
- Place into serving bowl and top with Carman’s Gut Loving Granola.
- Arrange strawberries, apple and pear in bowl, and sprinkle with LSA and chia seeds.
