Gourmet Dark Choc Cranberry Ice Cream Sundae

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  • 4 large strawberries, diced
  • 3 tbsp thickened cream
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • For drizzling choc sauce
  • 1 tub Carman’s Dark Choc & Cranberry Gourmet Snack Mix

Method

  • Preparation time: 5 minutes

  1. Whip together cream and icing sugar until soft peaks form.
  2. Place ice cream in a serving dish, top with cream, strawberries and choc sauce.
  3. Sprinkle over Carman’s Dark Choc & Cranberry Snack Mix.
