Christmas Rocky Road with Maple Clusters
Ingredients
- 200g milk chocolate
- 1 cup Carman’s Maple Crunch Clusters, plus more for sprinkling
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup raspberry lollies, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted almonds or peanuts (or your choice of nuts)
Method
- Preparation time: 15 minutes
- Cooking time: 1-2 hours
- Serves: 6-8
The Carman’s take on a classic Aussie Christmas treat!
1. Melt chocolate in the microwave at 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth
2. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Pour over the melted chocolate and mix everything well so all ingredients are coated
3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tin, pressing it down gently to ensure its evenly spread. Sprinkle with some more Maple Crunch Clusters
4. Place the tin for 1-2 hours or until fully set. Once set, slice into squares and enjoy!
