  • As a Type 2, this is a game changer for me. I am not very low carb, but I do keep my carbs at about 80 grams a day. I never thought I would be able to eat granola like this and have tried most of the low carb ones and they were terrible. This one tastes as good as any other granola I have ever had. 15 grams of carbs wouldn't work for those on very low carb, but low carb, having up to 20 grams a meal for me is where I sit, with allowance for a couple of snacks or fruit through the day. Love this and it makes travelling so much easier for me too as hotel breakfasts don't tend to cater for people like me and it's either heavy cooked with no bread, or being ragey all day with high blood sugars. – Amanda
