Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt - we used Coyo
  • 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Handful of Carman's Low Carb Peanut Butter Granola

Method

  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking time:
  • Serves: 1
  1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender, excluding the granola.
  2. Pour into a bowl, top with a handful of Granola and enjoy!
