Salted Caramel Bliss Balls for Kids
Bliss Balls – what’s not to love?
They’re gooey, chewy and packed with natural ingredients! Best of all, they’re great to make with kids.
Inspired by Carman’s Salted Caramel & Coconut Bliss Balls, we’ve developed a recipe the whole family will love:
200g seedless medjool dates
100g raw cashews
40g desiccated coconut, plus extra to decorate
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp skim milk powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
- Combine all ingredients in a high-powered food processor. Blitz until the mixture becomes a smooth paste (about 2 mins).
- Scoop portions about 1 tbsp each and roll into balls. Roll in desiccated coconut to coat.
- Can be kept in a clean jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
