At Carman’s, we put so much love and care into crafting our granola, and we truly believe you’ll love every bite. But if for any reason you don’t absolutely love it, we’ve got you covered with our Carman’s Gorgeous Guarantee – simply swap it for another Carman’s granola. Because breakfast should always be something to look forward to!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Carman’s’ Gorgeous Guarantee is valid from 7th April to 7th May 2025 and is in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

The guarantee applies only to Carman’s’ 425-450g granola products.

To redeem your Gorgeous Guarantee email hello@carmanskitchen.com.au with the following:

1. Photo of the product
2. Photo of product’s Best Before Date and time stamp
3. Reason/s as to why you don’t like the product
4. Name and address of where to send the replacement product
5. Flavour of the replacement granola product which you would like to have sent to you

Once we receive your redemption email, we will ship out a replacement to you.

A tracking number will be sent to you once you’re redemption has been lodged in Carman’s system.
