Raspberry Peanut Butter Baked Oats Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Carman's Omega 3 Australian Oats (or oats of your choice)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Milk of choice (add a splash more if the mixture is too thick)
  • Handful Raspberries
  • 1/2 tbsp. Peanut butter

Method

  • Preparation time: 5 mins
  • Cooking time: 30-35 mins
  • Serves: 1

Baked oats are a quick and delicious dessert or indulgent breakfast option for once the weather starts to cool. You can swap in your favourite berries but we love raspberries the best!

  • Combine all ingredients into small baking dish (except for the peanut butter – reserve for drizzling on top one the dish is removed from the oven)
  • Bake at 180°c for 30-35 minutes (or until cooked)
  • Drizzle with peanut butter and fresh raspberries (optional)
